All rooms include a one night stay starter pack of tea, coffee, milk and sugar. There after the room is self-contained i.e the guest contains it.

Rooms are serviced weekly, for a seven night stay this will be on day three or four.

Pricing is for up to 7 guests. Any extra guests strictly $30 p.p./p.n using 2 rollaway beds with linen

(subject to availability - please request upon booking).
