All cancellations for this property forfeit the full amount for the first night cancelled. Tariffs are not refundable or transferable if your stay is cut short due to weather, health or other circumstances. You are agreeing to abide by the Resort rules. Any breach of these rules will result in termination of the contract and forfeit of the payment. You agree to advise the Resort of any change in numbers of persons using the villa, bure or apartment and agree to pay any additional charges for day visitors. You agree to pay the Resort for any loss or damages to the villa, bure, or apartment caused during your stay.
