The biggest mall in the area is the Park Beach Plaza.  For people who want to find everything in one place, this is the ideal location.  There are plenty of smaller shops in and around the mall where you can find all kinds of clothing and accessories to use while you are on holiday in the area.  It has a food court with plenty of options and there are larger department stores as well like Target, Big W and Woolworth’s.  There's also a grocery store which will be handy if you are planning a longer stay.  There's plenty of free parking and banks are available there as well.  If located right on the Pacific Highway.

The Palms Shopping Centre is another good option for people who love to walk the mall.  It is located in The City Square, and this is an area that if shopper and experience when they are going on a trip to Coffs Harbour.  The specialty here is a variety of smaller shops that have books, gifts and jewellery.  There also a number of nice cafes in the area to enjoy in the middle of a shopping day.

Make sure to set some time aside to explore the Jetty area.  There's the Promenade shopping complex which boasts a number of stores that have high-end designer fashions and jewellery can also be found here.  This is located close to the beach, and is also known for having a number of excellent restaurants particularly if you are looking for breakfast or lunch.  There are plenty of craft stores and cafes in the area as well.

On top of these options, there are many smaller markets available.  The Coffs Coast Growers’ Market is open on Thursdays and offers plenty of fresh produce.  It is also located in the City Square area.  The Harbourside Markets are located in the Jetty area and are open every Sunday.  Another good one to catch is the Coffs City Uptown Markets on Castle Street.
