Your Coffs Harbour holiday destination might depend on the amenities you would like to have or whether you plan to spend a lot of time near the beautiful beaches in the area.

Korora is located a little bit north of the populated area of Coffs Harbour.  It is easy to access from the Pacific highway, and it is a nice location to choose if you wish to have access to Ulidarra National Park.  You are still very close to the ocean in this locale and there are a number of different accommodation options there including cabins, a quaint bed and breakfast or a beautiful resort hotel.

Boambee is a more residential suburb and is close to attractions in the Coffs Harbour area like the Big Banana.  It is a tourist site that reflects the banana production in the area which is a major source of income for the Coffs Harbour region.  The beach is a short drive away and it is not too hard to get back and forth to the Airport from this area.

The central business district in Coffs Harbour is also a nice choice, as it will provide us a number of different options for holiday accommodation.  It also boasts a number of restaurants and shopping areas.  Coffs harbour is not that large, with a population of only about 20,000 so even the central business district will not be too crowded.  From here it is easy to access local attractions like the Pet Porpoise Pool, the Clog Barn or the Butterfly House.

The Coffs Harbour Jetty is also a very nice place to choose to stay.  It is right near the water, and there are plentiful accommodation and dining options.  In this area you can easily avail the Jetty Dive Centre and explore the beauty of the reef.  The Jetty Museum is also nearby, and this is a must for anybody who is staying in the area.

Bellingen is also nearby, and is a suburb of Coffs Harbour.  There are a few things that tourists will enjoy seeing here, including the Bellingen flying fox colony or the Bellingen Museum.  Australia’s easternmost winery is also located here called Raleigh Winery.  There are also some nice galleries and historic architecture to be enjoyed in Bellingen.
